User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must not upload content that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes on others' rights. You must not attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

Generated Content

Resumes and cover letters are generated using automated tools and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before using it in a job application. SkillDraft does not guarantee that the generated content will result in interviews or job offers.

Payments & Refunds

Paid products (Pro, Bundle, Cover Letter, LinkedIn) are one-time purchases. Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital goods, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery, contact support and we will resolve it.

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your resume content. We claim no rights to your input or output. The SkillDraft brand, templates, and software are our intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

SkillDraft is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including lost job opportunities or inaccurate output.
